OUR POLICIES
TWO NIGHT MINIMUM FOR ALL AGGIE HOME FOOTBALL WEEKENDS. No minimum stay is required otherwise.
ONE NIGHT ROOM DEPOSIT plus tax is required and will be charged to your credit card to reserve your room.
SPECIAL EVENTS are all TAMU football weekends, Parents Weekend, all graduation weekends and local events in the B/CS area.
NO SMOKING INDOORS. The gazebo is the outdoor designated area for smoking. A $300 fee will be assessed if you smoke inside.
CHILDREN over the age of 9 are welcome under parent supervision and may not be left unsupervised.
PETS are not allowed. Service animals are welcome.
STAIR ACCESS ONLY. 4 steps up to main level. 1 ground floor bedroom, 4 bedrooms on the second floor.
CHECK-IN is between 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. If you will be arriving after this time, please call or email us.
CHECK-OUT is 11 a.m.
CANCELLATIONS
The Milton Parker Home is a historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please note the following:
- During special events, there is a 14 day cancellation policy prior to your arrival date.
- Other than special events, there is a 3 day cancellation requirement prior to your arrival date.
- Your credit card will be charged the full amount for not meeting these requirements.
- If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made; otherwise you agree that your credit card will be charged for your entire stay.
